FREE TUNE-UP - a £30 value!
Before we despatch a bike to a World Wheels customer
we carry out a full pre-delivery inspection. This involves unpacking
the bike, unfolding it and checking that everything that should
be there is there. We then carry out a whole list of checks, then
even carry out a brief test ride (weather permitting!).
This warranty applies only to the original owner and is not transferable.
The warranty on the frame, handlepost, and fork may be upgraded
to a lifetime warranty if the original owner fills out the online
registration card. The warranty is activated when the bicycle is
tuned and adjusted by a professional mechanic before the owner’s
first ride.
Dahon requires all of their bikes to be checked and adjusted by
a trained bicycle mechanic before riding. This activates the warranty
and you can then upgrade to a lifetime warranty simply by sending
the warranty card in. Without this service, you'd have to take your
bike to a local bike shop for a tune up before riding and you'd
be charged up to £30. We offer this service for free, so when
you get your bike from us, all you have to do is unfold it and you
can start riding
